Services for Ruby P. Nevels of Brookhaven are 2 p.m., Saturday,Jan. 5, at Harrigill Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Rose HillCemetery.

Visitation is today from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Nevels, 76, died Jan. 4, 2002, at her residence. She wasborn in Lincoln County on Jan. 18, 1925, to John H. Price and AllieE. Carlisle Price.

She was retired from Jacobsen-Textron. She was a member ofJackson Street United Methodist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents, and her husband, PaulLee Nevels.

Survivors are her sons, Paul R. Nevels, Steven N. Nevels, EdmondS. Nevels and Greg A. Nevels, all of Brookhaven; her daughters,Paulette Fioretti of Jackson and Jan Melancon of Brookhaven; hersister, Veda Grace Beasley of Brookhaven; and 13 grandchildren andfive great-grandchildren.
