The Wesson High School Chorus, directed by Daphne Johnson, presented an inspiring program at the February meeting of the Area Fifty-Plus Club at Copiah-Lincoln Community College.

The musical selections were about the flag and our wonderful country where we can be free because of those who served and serve to give us this right.

Selections like “The Home of the Brave,” “There She Stands,” “Sing the Stars and Stripes,” “This is My Country,” and “This Land is Your Land” led to the powerful conclusion of the program.
