Services for Faye Roberts Newman of Bude are 10 a.m., Thursday,Aug. 4, at Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville with burial in MidwayCemetery in Meadville.

Visitation is Wednesday from 6-9 p.m., at the funeral home.

Mrs. Newman, 84, died Aug. 1, 2005, at Franklin MemorialHospital in Meadville. She was born on Jan. 30, 1921, to WilliamMarshal Roberts and Josie Pharris Roberts.

She was a social director at Meadville Nursing Home. She was amember of Bude First Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Warren Newman Sr.; fivebrothers and one sister.

Survivors are her sons, Steve Newman of Bude, and Corkey Newmanof Florida; her brother, Clayton Roberts of Texas; and her sister,Velma Gregg of New Mexico.
