DAILY LEADER / RACHEL EIDE / Edgar Jacks, of the American Legion John Edwards Post 12, places an American flag on the grave of a veteran at Rosehill Cemetery Saturday. The American Legion members and other volunteers place flags on veterans' graves at area cemeteries twice a year - for Memorial Day and Veterans Day.
