DAILY LEADER / JUSTIN VICORY / Stormy weather on Halloween night might have prevented many Brookhaven children from trick or treating last Thursday night, but it also caused significant damage to Debbie Bower’s barn in Lincoln County between Brookhaven and Monticello. High winds from the storm ripped large pieces of the metal roof off of the barn and over trees close to 40 feet high. Pieces of the roof landed in the neighbor’s yard some 50-75 yards away.
