THE DAILY LEADER / RHONDA DUNAWAY / Brookhaven-Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce incoming president for 2014 Dustin Walker (from left) took over from outgoing president Pat Lowery Monday afternoon.

The Brookhaven-Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce held a brief membership meeting Monday in the chamber’s board room to install new officers.

Outgoing president Pat Lowery welcomed incoming president Dustin Walker.

The chamber’s annual membership meeting is usually held during the chamber’s banquet, Lowery said. But, this year the banquet was held before Nov. 1, and the chamber’s bylaws require the membership meeting be held between Nov. 1 and Jan. 30, so Monday’s meeting was held to install new officers.
