Mother Nature finally cooperated on Wednesday afternoon as the Puckett Wolves defeated the Enterprise Yellow Jackets in tennis action 6-1.

The Yellow Jackets, coached by Chase Wallace, picked up their lone win in girls singles as Christi Waldrop defeated Sarah Beth Oglesby 6-4, 6-4 in straight sets.

Puckett, coached by Brookhaven native Beth Chapman-Simmons, led at boys singles as Kennedy Pressgrove defeated Enterprise’s Duncan Falvey 6-0, 6-0.
