Lawrence County, under the direction of second year head coach Jaymie Palmer, is ready to begin the 2015 season. The Cougars will travel to Magee to take on the Magee Trojans.

The Cougars have plenty of talented athletes returning along with depth to have a great season.

Players returning back for the 2015 season on offense and defense are Charl’Tez Nunnery, T-Tez Cole, Quitten Brown, Marcus Atterberry, Azar Myles, Lane Rutland, John Rutland, Blake Williams, Brandon Armstrong, Rykendrick Harness, Chris Jackson, Marcus Kees, Kejuan Brown and Kemarcus Brown.

My prediction for this year:  The Lawrence County Cougars will overpower Magee to claim a 42-28 victory.
