Brookhaven Academy cheerleader Leah Case has signed a letter of intent with the Copiah-Lincoln Community Junior College Wolves.

Case signed her official papers Thursday in the Brookhaven Academy Library. She is the daughter of Pam and Doug Case.

“I excited to be joining Co-Lin’s cheer team,” said Case. “I have always loved going to Co-Lin games no matter what sport and I also enjoy watching them cheer. This is a great opportunity for me and it is close to home.”

Case said she is undecided on what she wants to study.

“Leah Case served this past year as our senior cheer captain and assisted in leading our cheer squad successfully this season,” said BA coach Valarie Oglesby. “We are thrilled for Leah Case. She gets to continue her passion and cheer for the Co-Lin Wolves. We will missed her next year, but we wish her best of luck at college.”
