Six Wolves selected as MACJC All-Stars

WESSON – Six members of the Copiah-Lincoln Wolfpack will suit up for the South Division in the 41st annual Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges (MACJC) All-Star Football Classic on Thursday, Dec. 4. The game is hosted by Northeast Mississippi Community College in Boonville and kickoff is slated for 1 p.m. Sophomores representing Co-Lin are Demorris Bedford, Ryan Duckworth, Cullen Greer, Nick Luckey, Koy McFarland, and Quintarius Willis.

Bedford, a linebacker, is a graduate of John K. Kennedy High School in Mound Bayou. Bedford played defensive tackle as a freshman and made 15 tackles in 2014 for the Wolfpack.

Duckworth, a defensive end, is a graduate of Taylorsville High School. Duckworth made 22 tackles and had four sacks for Co-Lin as a sophomore. He also recovered one fumble.

Greer, an offensive lineman, is a graduate of Wesson Attendance Center. Greer started every game for Co-Lin at the center position and was named MACJC Second Team All-State as a sophomore.

Luckey, an offensive lineman, is a graduate of Magee High School. Luckey started every game at the right guard position as a sophomore.

McFarland, a wide receiver, is a graduate of Wesson Attendance Center. McFarland caught 38 passes for 414 yards and one touchdown as a sophomore.

Willis, an offensive lineman, is a graduate of Greenville-Weston High School. Willis started every game at the right tackle position as a sophomore.

The game will be televised live via nemccathletics.com with a pregame show beginning at 12:45 p.m.
