Enterprise begins cross country action

The Enterprise Yellow Jackets competed in their first Cross Country meet Saturday at Loyd Star’s Invitational.

The Lady Jackets placed fifth overall out of nine teams. The Jackets placed sixth out of nine teams.

Austin Carter finished in second place overall in the boys division with a time of 11:29. Kristina Diamond was seventh overall in the junior varsity girls division.

The Jackets and Lady Jackets, coached by Karen Dunaway and Jennifer Goldmon, will be in action Saturday as they travel to Clinton to compete in the Choctaw Trails.
