Indictments from the most recent Lincoln County grand jury session in August have been served, including several for burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary.

Kelsie Elizabeth Harrison

Kelsie Elizabeth Harrison, 23, of 2143 Mission Hill Road, Wesson, was served indictments recently for two different incidents of conspiracy to commit burglary of a dwelling and the burglary of a dwelling.

Harrison’s first indictment alleges that on or before May 5, she conspired with three unindicted juveniles to burglarize a home. The second count of the indictment states that also around that same time, Harrison entered the home of Frank Peret and Betty Jean Holifield, 1535 California Road NW, Brookhaven, by forcing open a window.

Harrison’s second indictment alleges that on or before June 20, she and two unindicted juveniles burglarized a home. The second count of the indictment states that between June 16 to June 20, Harrison entered the home of Brian L. Knight, 1585 California Road NW, Brookhaven, by forcing open a window.

Harrison was arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on June 27 for the charges of the second indictment. She was held on a bond of $25,000 until July 7.

Lakin Christopher Wallace

Lakin Christopher Wallace, 17, of 1007 Bennie Trail, was served an indictment recently for conspiracy to commit burglary of a dwelling and burglary of a dwelling, and a second one for knowingly receiving stolen firearms. Because all three indictments are for felony charges, Wallace is being charge as an adult.

Wallace’s first indictment alleges that on or before June 20 he conspired with Tristen Toby Dillon and other individuals unknown to the grand jurors to burglarize a home. The second count of the indictment states that between June 16 and June 20, Wallace entered Knight’s home on California Road by forcing open a window with the intent to commit larceny.

His second indictment alleges that sometime between June 16 and June 20, he and Dillon received four firearms they knew were stolen.

Wallace was arrested by deputies June 25 for possession or receiving stolen property, conspiracy and burglary of a dwelling.

Other indictments served include burglary, credit card fraud, failure to support minor children and unlawful possession of an illegal substance.

When the grand jury agrees the evidence is sufficient to establish the commission of a crime, it returns an indictment endorsed by the grand jury foreman with the phrase “true bill” to indicate the information presented is sufficient to justify the trial of the suspect.

• Christopher Owens for failure to support minor children.

• Ricy D. Parker Jr. for the unlawful sale of at least one-tenth but less than two grams of cocaine.

• Marcus Foster for burglary and conspiracy.

• Heath Brooks for three counts of credit card fraud.

• Helen Jean Mercier for embezzlement.

• Dontraye Orlando Smith for unlawful possession of less than 30 grams of marijuana with intent to distribute and felony fleeing.

• Javes U. Lewis for three counts touching, handling, etc. a child for lustful purposes.

• Jonathan David Fortenberry for aggravated assault.

• Destiny Faithe Mistich for conspiracy to possess methamphetamine and unlawful possession of more than two but less than 30 grams of marijuana.

• Ricardo Smith for unlawful possession of at least one-tenth but less than 2 grams of cocaine and unlawful possession of less than 30 grams of marijuana.

• Bibbley V. Smith for the unlawful sale of less than two grams of methamphetamine.

• Bob T. Henderson for unlawful possession of at least one-tenth but less than two grams of cocaine, unlawful possession of one dosage unit of morphine, unlawful possession of less than 30 grams of marijuana, unlawful possession of at least two but less than 10 doses of oxycodone, unlawful possession of eight doses of hydrocodone, unlawful possession of at least two but less than 10 doses of amphetamine and unlawful possession of at least two but less than 10 doses of oxycodone.

• Antoine M. Smith for the unlawful possession of at least one-tenth but less than two grams of cocaine, unlawful possession of one dose of morphine, unlawful possession of less than 30 grams of marijuana, unlawful possession of at least two but less than 10 doses of oxycodone, unlawful possession of eight doses of hydrocodone, unlawful possession of at least two but less than 10 doses of amphetamine and unlawful possession of at least two but less than 10 doses of oxycodone.
